Urban house

The house itself is situated in a nice, safe and quiet area with quick access to local food tents, malls and restaurants. The room is super comfortable and they provide for your basic needs. The location is super convenient as it's super close to the MRT and BTS.

Good position, easy to find and reach, quiet area at the end of a secondary street, so without traffic noise. Super clean even without the obligation of taking off the shoes at the entrance. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. I was able to work with the laptop from both the bedroom and the reception, where some free snacks and drinks are available. Rooms are big and comfy.

The location is GREAT. It's close to great public transportation options. It's also walking distance to a park I just wanted to scope out. The staff was super friendly and always helpful with all the touristy questions :) The room itself was super clean and served it's purpose. We needed something clean with no frills because we were just staying one day and not hanging out in the room. If we were stuck for whatever reason, it was still not a bad place to be stuck! Also the whole place, including the room and "lobby" smelled clean. You'd be surprised how unpleasant some places can smell. You can tell they keep things clean and tidy, always. They also had complimentary coffee, tea and snacks of course. Umbrellas at the entrance were nice, plus the book with all the public transport options/directions, and food spots, sights. You can tell they really personalized things for the tourists. It was pleasant stay and all the hard work they put into the experience was appreciated!

The property was down a side street and was quiet at night which was nice. The hostess was super nice and welcoming as we didn’t arrive until 9pm. The room was cozy and very clean. The location was great too, less than 10 minute walk to Lumphini park and the MRT/BTS. There are plenty of food options nearby.

Urban House is tucked away on a small alleyway, but just a short walk from a main street, and maybe 15 minutes to Silom metro. This added a few minutes walk each day, but it was a pleasant walk and meant it was quiet at night. There were plenty of places for coffee and food within easy walking distance, including a market for just breakfast and lunch for people who worked in the neighborhood. We were around for lunch once and really enjoyed the market experience and food. And the coffee options were great, too. A bit further down the road (close to the Silom metro) was street food for dinner, which was great. We got the larger room because we wanted extra room due to planning on working remotely through our stay. The room had a couch and the wifi was fast the entire time, including for Zoom calls and multiple devices. Our room was clean and in good repair. When we needed assistance, the front desk was there to schedule a taxi, share ideas, and help with transportation. We had laundry done, and it was washed well for a decent price. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend the place.
